Mike WiLL Made-It Production Equipment

Michael Williams II is better known by his producer alias Mike WiLL Made-It. He was born on March 23rd, 1989 in Marietta, Georgio making him 28 years old. Mike has worked with artists such as Rae Sremmurd, Rihanna, 2 Chainz, Ciara, Miley Cyrus and many other big artists.

Before the fame, Michael was born the youngest of three siblings with two older sisters. His father was an IBM executive but had experience working as a club DJ in the 70’s which we can only imagine was amazing. His mother sang for the Dottie peoples, was once in a gospel group and worked as a bank loan officer. The family is musically talented with his uncle boasting a very successful career as a guitarist. One of his older sisters was also a drum major in the Olympics.

Becoming one of the world’s best producers wasn’t Michael’s original goal. Being very athletic in growing up, he dreamed of becoming a professional athlete. His love for hip hop began when him and his friends would freestyle to popular instrumentals. At the age of 14, he picked up a Korg ES1 beat machine and the rest is history. Over time he added more production equipment and his tracks only got better and better.

He later enrolled at Georgia State University but left when his produced single “Tupac Back” reached  the Billboard rap and Hot 100 charts. This success inspired him to pursue music full time and as fans of his production we can say we are very glad he did.

Nowadays he’s working with Migos, Future, Yo Gotti and other top tier artists. The rest of this article will detail what equipment Mike WiLL Made-It so you can step up your producing game.
